TO BUY
To buy, you can either use the cart system on the website, or you can email Sarah at info@woodenrecorders.co.nz with details of the model(s) you wish to buy. We will get back to you by email with details of stock, how to pay and delivery.
Please be aware that items that we do not currently have in stock may take several weeks to arrive. Items we have in stock will take 4-5 days for delivery, while items out of stock will take 3-4 weeks.
The Small Print
We don't charge GST as we are not GST registered.
Delivery will be by courier, and charged at cost (usually NZ$10-NZ$20).
If you buy a recorder, and then decide it isn't for you after all, you can return it within one week at your expense and we will issue a full refund as long as the recorder is in its original condition and packaging.
If you wish to try a couple of recorders before buying we can send out more than one recorder, on payment of a refundable deposit to be agreed. You have a week to try the recorders and decide which if any you wish to buy. You return the unwanted recorder(s) to us at your expense. Once the recorders are received back by us, in their original condition and packaging, we refund any monies owing.
